Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners through phone and email contact daily.
- Establish relationships with new partners to increase sales volume
- Manage and oversee a personal portfolio of daily leads
- Create and achieve monthly sales goals
- Work daily with internal team to increase productivity and efficiency
- Represent the Olive Capital Funding in the most professional manner to achieve success and increase brand recognition
Skills and Competencies
- Detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful, able to prioritize, and problem solve

Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years of previous sales experience
Compensation
- Base Pay plus Commission
