Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners through phone and email contact daily.
  • Establish relationships with new partners to increase sales volume
  • Manage and oversee a personal portfolio of daily leads
  • Create and achieve monthly sales goals
  • Work daily with internal team to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Represent the Olive Capital Funding in the most professional manner to achieve success and increase brand recognition

Skills and Competencies

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful, able to prioritize, and problem solve

Qualifications

  • 1 – 2 years of previous sales experience

Compensation

  • Base Pay plus Commission
